Privacy policy
Who we are
Subscription Tracker is provided by Hamza Kavak under the Glipo brand. For privacy questions and data requests, contact support@glipo.com.tr. This policy covers the iOS app and this website. Effective date: 13 September 2026.
Tracking records and images
The subscriptions, bills, amounts, dates, notes and preferences you enter are stored in the app’s local database. We do not operate a server database for these records. On iOS, Apple Vision reads only the screenshot you select, on your device. Screenshot images and recognized text are not sent to Glipo or Adapty. Temporary images are cleaned up after the import flow or on a subsequent launch.
Purchases and service providers
Apple processes App Store payments. Adapty manages Plus purchases, receipt validation and access status. Adapty processes pseudonymous profile and installation/device identifiers, technical device information, Plus purchase history and paywall interaction events for app functionality, analytics and product personalization. These data are not fully anonymous. Your tracked bills, subscription amounts, notes and screenshot contents are not sent to Adapty. Advertising-identifier and SDK IP-address collection are disabled. Network providers necessarily receive connection information while serving requests. Provider policies: https://adapty.io/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Exchange rates and external links
When you refresh exchange rates, the requested currency codes are sent to Frankfurter. The network connection also exposes technical connection information to the service. Provider cancellation guides open external websites, which apply their own privacy policies. We do not connect to your bank, email account or service accounts.
Permissions and device protection
Notifications are local and optional. Biometric/device authentication is used by the operating system to unlock the app; we do not receive biometric templates. The app does not add database encryption. Device protection and app lock are separate safeguards. Exported CSV and JSON files are unencrypted and may contain personal financial information.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local records remain until you delete them using the app’s settings or remove the app. OS backups and exported copies may remain elsewhere; you control those copies. Deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription or necessarily delete purchase records held by Apple or Adapty. Contact support@glipo.com.tr for requests concerning data held through our services; do not send financial screenshots or passwords. Purchase records may need to be retained for service, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. We evaluate requests under applicable law. Service providers may process data in other countries under their contractual safeguards.
This website
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. Our hosting and network providers process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. If you email support, we receive your message and contact information to respond. Please share only what is needed to explain the issue.
Children and updates
The app is a general-purpose tracking tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support or analytics; contact us if you believe this has happened. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update its effective date.
